You can see Arima younger and with blue hair instead of white and that Fura has orange hair instead of black. On top of that you could see that Arima was a little friendlier and talked more about teen stuff.

Pinto is an OVA that adapts the third story of the novel Tokyo Ghoul:Hibi, in which Shuu Tsukiyama and Chie Hori meet, in this ova we can see a little more of the personality of Shuu Tsukiyama and the beginning of his friendship with Chie Hori in his youth.
